Sun terrace
On top of the roof there is a sun terrace with sunbeds and a parasol to spend lazy days in the Sicilian sun. The sun terrace offers an amazing 360 view of Castellammare, the mountains and the sea.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner terrace
On the first floor, with direct access from the kitchen and living space, you’ll find a 40 square meter terrace with a marble table that can host 10-12 people. Here you can have your breakfast in the morning or use the BBQ for dinners at night.
Roof terrace
On the roof the house has a 70 square meter terrace with lounge furniture, a table for six and an outdoor shower. There is a refrigerator and freezer in the outdoor kitchen that assures that your drinks and wine are served cold. The seating area is shadowed by a pergola, so you can choose to lounge in the shade if you would like to avoid the sun for a bit.
Balconies
On both the first and second floor you have access to balconies that offer views of the street and all the way down to the ocean.
